The worse airline company

I need to use 11 telephone number to register. If you have a USA number, you couldn’t. Then how about email? You could register in browser, but you could not login in app. I don’t know the reason. Looks like they have two companies, one in charge of Japan and one in charge of china. They are not cooperating to make one experience. So disappointing. But they have some routes I need. So have to figure out how to do it.

To do anything useful requires verification with a Japanese phone number, no other country code is accepted. Completely useless.

This is the most garbage airline App I have ever used. Garbage App design and lame business process, everything has been designed is to make money through disgusting logic and invisible business policy.

Log in fails several times. Once it works, it then cannot locate the flights. Not worth using.

都是吃啥长大的啊。。。。

Never works, server always down, a total piece of junk.

本人手机4s，iOS7，不能用手机客户端值机（9月25日），原因为当月日历未全部显示出来，也不能向上滑动，所以始终不能选中日期，修复后改评分

真是见过的最烂的客户端，直接没办法用，说什么加载失败，能花钱雇点专业人员编个不，都还不支持Retina的，一个字烂
